Yesterday we shared a very special wedding we were honored to be a part of. Kimi and Scott are the wonderful couple that had a fun-filled, rustic wedding at the beautiful Emerald Lake Lodge. Today we are sharing some of the details of their wedding day.
We painted a couple of canoe paddles to work with Kimi and Scott’s wedding colors. I love Kimi’s orange boots too!
All the absolutely beautiful wedding florals are from Black Earth Floral Gallery in Calgary, Alberta.
The wood planks we made from reclaimed wood and we personalized the backs of the planks with our hand-drawn, engraved version of Emerald Lake Lodge. Guests were welcome to take as a keepsake.
For the cocktail reception, we laid out wood buttons we engraved with various sayings. The guests and wedding party had fun finding the button that suited them best!
We made a sign post to indicate how far guests had traveled to Emerald Lake Lodge for Kimi and Scott’s wedding. All signs were made with reclaimed wood and construction extras.
Kimi and Scott are so cute together!! Here they are with wood letters we made in their initials!
I hope you enjoyed a glimpse into Kimi and Scott’s amazing day! Stay tuned for Part 3 tomorrow as we have a few more details to share.
